Usage: For coverage of yards or external areas, also point-to-multipoint. Usually mounted on a mast on top of a building, but can also be installed on a wall. Some models are suitable for vehicle mount.

Wifi Omni directional antennas GP-2400

Professional vertical antenna, omni directional, for 2.4GHz WLAN range. SWR better than 1:2. Weatherproof model for outdoor use, but also suitable for indoor applications. The antenna system is DC grounded to prevent static discharges. Includes mounting hardware (stainless steel) for mast or wall mount. Mast diameter from 20 to 55mm supported. White color, connector N jack (female).
Note: Due to the recessed N jack a usual lightning arrestor can not be used directly below the antenna. Either use a short extension cable or install the lightning arrestor at the other end of cable.

Supplied mounting hardware for GP-2400-x

With the supplied mounting hardware the GP-2400 antenna can be installed directly to a wall, e.g. in indoor areas. The 6dBi version is ideally suited for indoor coverage of building, when mounted in staircase. Suitable cable is 40330.3 (Rev.SMA to N, other lengths available).

In contrast to the GP-2400 models above these antennas have a slightly slimmer tube and a different mast/wall moubnt. Due to the slim mounting tube Ecoflex-15 cable with N-connectors coannot be used with these antennas, all other cables are ok.

Magnet base antenna

Gain 5dBi, stacked, black radiator. Includes 150cm high quality Teflon cable (RG-316) with various connectors. Solid, ideal for travels with the notebook, weatherproof, can be mounted on top of car (wardriving).

Omni directional antennas with N connector

Use indoors or outdoors, either mount to wall with optional bracket (see below), or mount on top of equipment rack. For vehicle use (antennas are weatherproof) suitable N base mounts are available. MG-200 with spring at the base, very solid, the VC-2400-xxx series are without spring.

Magnet base for VC-2400 antennas

Black base, approx. 75mm diameter, with 2m coaxial cable, with N female and RP-SMA or N connector. The base has an integrated magnet which eases the installation for example on an equipment rack, but which is not suitable for mobile use on a car.

Mounting bracket

For wall mount of antennas like MG-200, VC-2400 (18615.N) or all other antennas with SMA or TNC connector (18615.SMA, 18615.TNC).
18615.N
Versatile use: the 16mm hole takes any N connector, cable sets or pigtails with N panel jacks, the antenna is then mounted on top of this N jack. Use cable harness Order No. 20052, Pigtail with N jack Order No. 40300.N-F, or N panel mount Order No. 42055. Material aluminum, includes screws etc.
18615.SMA
Universal bracket for smaller antennas with SMA (or Reverse-SMA) connector. Install any suitable SMA jack (panel mount), various pigtails etc. into the bracket, the antenna is the mounted on top of the jack. Material aluminum, includes all screws etc.
18615.TNC
As above, but with 13mm hole for TNC or RP-TNC flange mount jacks.
